Travel accessories specialist Go Travel has extended its presence in North American travel retail through new listings with leading US airport consumer technology retailer InMotion (a WHSmith company).
The partnership will see selected Go Travel products – including travel pillows, adapters and other accessories – listed in all 117 InMotion stores.
The two companies said their aim is drive the accessories category in the region. According to InMotion, this strategy underlines its commitment to “deliver cutting-edge products that enable an easy and enjoyable journey”.
UK-based Go Travel said the partnership presents an opportunity to grow its presence in North American travel retail, and to solidify its global presence.
Go Travel General Manager Steve Worden said: “Although the USA has always had a strong travel accessories business, it has predominantly focused on travel comfort. We want to build on this success and we look forward to working with InMotion to broaden the customer offering.”
