49ers vs. Packers live score, updates, highlights from 2024 NFL playoff game

Saturday’s meeting between the 49ers and the Packers bucks expectations.

The No. 7 seed Packers upset the No. 2 seed Cowboys during wild-card weekend to secure a spot in the divisional round. Their reward? A date with the top-seeded 49ers.

Yet while they’re the underdogs against San Francisco, don’t count them out with Jordan Love at the helm. The fourth-year quarterback had a flawless showing in his playoff debut, recording three passing touchdowns and a near-perfect 157.2 passer rating, a franchise postseason record.

The 49ers, though, have won four straight postseason matchups against the Packers. And San Francisco comes into the game well-rested and averaging the second-most yards per game (398.4). Green Bay will need to put up its best defensive performance yet to score an upset.
