Brazil vs. Paraguay live score: Copa America 2024 updates, result as Selecao aim to sharpen up after Costa Rica draw

Brazil bid to get their first win of the 2024 Copa America against Paraguay at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.

The Selecao were held to a dispiriting 0-0 draw by Costa Rica in their opening game as they failed to find a breakthrough against a diligent defence.

Paraguay were beaten 2-1 by Colombia and will need a result here to keep their hopes alive of progressing to the knockout phase. They have lost three of their past four meetings with Brazil and failed to score a goal in any of those games.

However, the pressure is firmly on Dorival Junior and his players as they look to prove themselves to be genuine contenders for Argentina’s Copa America crown.

The Sporting News is following Brazil vs. Paraguay live, providing score updates, commentary and highlights as they happen.
